The breakfast included a wide variety of options (the omelets were made to order!). The hotel's design incorporated many pools, so it was easy to find a place to sunbathe. The staff were helpful. The location is very close to the promenade, where I found shops and restaurants. Staff looked after you very well.

The gym only had a limited number of weight machines.

The evening entertainment was quite lacking, especially for children. The shows started late. they seemed not family-oriented. also, getting information about activities on the island was like a chore. there were no flyers. I was pointed to a mobile app. it sent me to external websites to search myself.

the hotel provides a gym. it is clean and spacious. the room we had included its own balcony. the swimmingpool was lovely with many bedchairs and parasols.

the distance from our room to reception required some navigation. directional signage could improve. it could ease guest movement.

I booked a return visit, finding the hotel grounds beautiful and well kept. Gardens and architecture create a tranquil setting. My room was spacious and comfortable. I also enjoyed the unexpected bonus of a partial sea view from my balcony.

The air conditioning unit only blew cool air. I was unable to add warmth on chilly nights.

The rooms have spacious layouts and are kept immaculate with daily cleaning. Bathrooms include a walk-in shower and separate vanities. I did notice rooms offer comfortable beds and sufficient space for luggage storage. They also include a seating area.

The buffet breakfast had a wide selection. It offered excellent food choices and fresh juices. The breakfast area features various food stations, which can get busy as guests move around. The staff works hard to keep the area tidy.

The hotel offered plentiful sun loungers near numerous pools. This made relaxation easy. The buffet restaurants provided a high standard of food. I found various dining options available.

The hotel did not supply water in the room after the first day. There was also no refill station. I found this inconvenient. The warm pool was not warm enough. It was disappointing for me.
